STEP1: Ordering with GOZZO

After placing your order, we will prepare Hida beef (which has already passed quarantine and is suitable for in-flight carry-on).

Delivery within Japan is free of charge.

You can order up to 5 kg per person.(It takes 3-5 business days to ship. Please order as soon as possible.)

Receiving at Your Stay Location in Japan

You can specify the date and time for pickup. Please choose a time slot that ensures you can receive the order.

We will deliver to the hotel where you are staying or the address within Japan where you are residing.

Please confirm the acceptance of frozen items at the delivery location before placing your order.

Please check it in as checked baggage at the airport.

It is also possible to carry it as carry-on baggage, but ice packs may be removed.

To maintain the temperature, please be careful not to open the package until you return home.

Return to Singapore
Please consume as soon as possible after returning home.

You can place an order for up to 5 kg per person.
Shipping fee is a flat $50.

We will confirm your order and provide delivery details via email.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience because of perishable products.
